If you need to record that you’ve either payed part of a vendor bill, or received partial payment on a client invoice, you can log this in Knowify to keep track of outstanding balances. First, you’ll want to go to the Manage Bills or Invoices screen, and click the button to the right of the transaction that looks like a check mark in a box:

This will pull up a window where you can write in how much you’d like to record as paid/received:

And the outstanding balance will be shown in the screen next to the total:
