If you need to update the hourly cost of an employee that has already started tracking time to a project, you can do this in your Plan & Track section. This is often needed when an employee is given a raise, or if they started tracking time before a rate was set for them in Knowify.
To do this, first, find the phase of the job where the employee has been tracking time, and click their name:
This will pull up a screen where you can see the employees current rate, and update if necessary:
Once changes are saved, all entries submitted by this user on this phase of the job will be tracked at the new rate.
