If you have products and services that you would like to hide from your search or if you would like to re-activate ones you hid in the past, you can do this in your Manage Catalog screen.
Hide/deactivate an item #
To start, click on its name in the catalog:
Once editing the item, you can select Disable under “More Actions”
This will prevent it from showing up in your catalog searches through the system.
Reactivate a Disabled Item #
Back in Manage Catalog, click Show Inactive and click the name of the item:
Then click Enable to make it searchable again:
