In order for the Knowify Mobile Application to work accurately, you will need to enable Knowify access to both Location and Storage for checking in/out and uploading/taking pictures from the app. For Android devices, you will be prompted when you first start the app to enable location/storage, but if you accidently clicked Deny (or reject), you can always re-enable in your application settings.
First Navigate to your settings:
Then find the apps option:
and scroll down to find Knowify. You will then see a full breakdown of the Knowify application in regards to your device.
if you scroll down a little further, you will see the option for Permissions.
Here you can enable and verify that Location&Storage is turned on for Knowify
