If you ever have to uninstall and reinstall Knowify to an Android for troubleshooting you will want to make sure you delete the app data along with the app. In order to do this you can follow the steps below:
Step 1: Head to the Settings menu of your phone. This can be done by tapping the cog icon in your notification shade.
Step 2: Find Apps (or Applications, depending on your device) in the menu, then locate the Knowify app.
Step 3: Tap on Storage and the buttons for clearing the cache and app data will become available (pictured below).
Then, open the Knowify app again and log in.
