Invoice editing is an available feature in Knowify, which allows the user to be sure the information is correct. Locate the Invoices module, which may be on the modules bar on the left, or within the ‘More’ side modules bar:
Once in the invoices module, click into the invoice by selecting the colored status bar. In this example, editing will be done on an overdue invoice:
Once the invoice is within view, select the downward-facing triangle, found next to the ‘Send via email’ option. This will open up a dropdown menu, containing the edit function:
Editing the invoice will bring the user back to the invoice creation screen, where any changes can take place:
