How to enable it

Your Knowify account doesn’t come with the service jobs module enabled. This tutorial will show you how to enable it. This module should be used for quick, one-time jobs that you don’t have a contract for.

1. 1. Head over to the admin section of Knowify by clicking on the “Person Icon” in the top right of your screen.

1. 1. Click on “Admin Section”.

1. 1. Go to “Customize”.

      

   2. In “Features,” scroll down to Service Jobs.

      

   3. Head back to the dashboard.
   4. Refresh the page in your browser (Hit control / command + “R”). The new module should show up under the dashboard icon.
