To update or change the Credit Card that you use to pay for your Knowify subscription, you’ll want to go to login to your account, go to the Admin Section, and choose the “Subscription” tab.
This will bring you to the following page to update your credit card:
The Update Credit Card button will open a screen that will show the exp. date and last 4 digits of the card currently being used for your Knowify account:
When you click “Update payment information” it will give you a field to enter the new credit card number, exp. date, and security code:
When you enter the new number, press “Submit” and it will start charging that card for your monthly or yearly Knowify payments.
