Knowify & AIA Contract Documents Exclusive Launch Offer – Terms and Conditions

This offer is provided by Knowify, Inc. (“Knowify”) in partnership with AIA Contract Documents (“Partner”). By participating in this offer, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

This offer is exclusively available to new Knowify customers only. Existing Knowify subscribers or previous subscribers are not eligible.
To be eligible for this offer, customers must sign up for a Knowify subscription via the AIA Contract Documents partner page. Registrations through any other method will not qualify.

2. Offer Details:

Eligible new Knowify customers will receive a 25% discount on the base annual subscription price for Knowify software for the first year of their subscription.
The discount applies solely to the base annual subscription price. It does not apply to:
- User fees
- Add-on features or modules
- Professional services (e.g., onboarding, training)
- Taxes or other fees

3. Redemption:

To redeem this offer, eligible customers must:
- Sign up for Knowify via the AIA Contract Documents partner page.
- Explicitly mention this “Partner Exclusive Offer” or “25% Discount Offer” to a Knowify representative during their initial software walkthrough and consultation. Failure to mention the offer at this stage may disqualify you from receiving the discount.

4. Limitations and Restrictions:

Offer Period: This is a limited-time offer. Knowify reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
Non-Renewable: This discount is a one-time offer applicable only to the first year of the annual subscription. Upon renewal after the first year, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard annual subscription price in effect at that time.
Non-Transferable: This offer is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another party.
No Cash Value: This offer has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
Not Combinable: This offer cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, promotions, or coupons offered by Knowify, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Knowify.

5. General Terms:

Knowify reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant.
Knowify’s standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to all subscriptions, in addition to these offer terms and conditions.
Knowify reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer, or these terms and conditions, at any time for any reason without prior notice. In the event of termination, Knowify will honor the discount for customers who have already met the eligibility and redemption requirements prior to the termination date, for their first year of subscription only.
Decisions made by Knowify regarding this offer are final and binding.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
