And with our Service Catalog, you can quickly add routine services at set prices in just a couple clicks.

Manage your schedule and dispatch a tech: Once you have all the details for a job, you can schedule a visit and dispatch a service tech right away with just a few clicks, or save the job to be dispatched later. This is useful when things get busy and you’re not sure when the job can get done or who it should be assigned to.

The Team View shows your entire team’s schedule on in one place so you can see who’s available to take on this job. Once you’ve found a spot in the schedule, you can dispatch a rep simply by dragging the job right onto their calendar from the Schedule Queue. No need to give them a call — Knowify automatically notifies your techs when new jobs are added to their schedule.

Service Pro automatically highlights jobs that still need to be dispatched, and gives you quick access to all your unscheduled jobs with the Schedule Queue, so you can stay on track no matter how busy your schedule gets.

An easy-to-use mobile app for your techs in the field

In the field, the Knowify mobile app gives service techs everything they need to execute jobs on time while automatically syncing their work back to the office. Here’s how it works:

See upcoming jobs: With the Knowify mobile app, service techs can see the details of all their upcoming jobs in one place, so they can plan their day and make sure they have the materials they need to get the job done. They can even review the service history for each piece of equipment at a customer site with Service Assets. If the schedule changes or they’re dispatched to a new job, Knowify will automatically send them a notification to keep them on track.

  2. Built-in payment processing: Service Pro includes built-in payment processing, so you can add a payment link to your invoices and make it easy for your customers to pay online via credit card or ACH. All payments instantly sync back to Knowify, no manual reconciliation required.
