With our December release, you can update the cost of a catalog item directly from Plan & Track in just a few clicks, so you never need to leave the project you’re working on.

Clicking on bills, purchases, and invoices will no longer take you to a new screen. Instead, the bill, purchase, or invoice in question will slide in from the right side of the screen you’re already working in, so you can review and work on project-related items without ever leaving Plan & Track.

In addition to the existing payment solutions Knowify offers (Square & Paysimple), you can now accept payments for invoices using an integration with QuickBooks Payments.
The best part? If you’re already using QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Payments is free to get started, and takes just a few minutes to set up.
