By participating in Knowify’s Customer Referral Program (the “Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to existing Knowify customers in good standing.
• Referrals must be new to Knowify and not already in the sales pipeline or previously associated with a Knowify account.

2. Referral Reward

• You will earn a referral reward if your referral signs up for an annual or monthly subscription to Knowify.
• The referral reward is $1,000 for annual subscriptions and $300 for monthly subscriptions.
• Rewards are paid via bill.com.

3. Reward Conditions

• The referred customer must:
  • Complete the sign-up process for an annual or monthly subscription.
  • Remain an active customer in good standing for at least 90 days.
• Rewards will be processed and paid after the 90-day period has passed.

4. Referral Process

• Referrals must be submitted through the designated referral process (e.g., referral form or link provided by Knowify).
• Ensure that the referred customer includes your details when signing up to ensure proper tracking.

5. Limitations

• There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make, but rewards are subject to verification by Knowify.
• Knowify reserves the right to reject referrals that do not meet the eligibility or reward conditions.
• Self-referrals or referrals within your own company or organization are not eligible.

6. Payment Method

• Rewards will be disbursed only through bill.com. Participants are responsible for setting up a bill.com account to receive payment.
• No alternative payment methods or cash substitutes are available.

7. Taxes

• Referral rewards may be subject to applicable taxes. Participants are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with their rewards.

8. Program Modifications

• Knowify reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice.
• Changes to the Program will not affect rewards already earned prior to the effective date of the change.

9. Fraud or Abuse

• Any fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of rewards.

10. Governing Law
